Brandon’s coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that education plus compassion creates lifelong change. His own story—balancing collegiate wrestling, chronic back pain, and a double career as a high school teacher and early-morning trainer—gives him rare empathy for clients juggling demanding schedules.

“My mission is to educate and empower clients to live higher quality lives through science backed training principles, personalized nutrition planning and compassionate coaching. I believe in leading with relationship and making sure clients feel comfortable and getting them to buy into the process of change is paramount to me.

It is my belief that educating clients allows them to take ownership of their fitness. I subscribe to the idea that if you don't have your health then you have nothing, so I've made it my mission to inspire, educate and empower each of my clients to take control of their fitness and lead healthier lives.

Fitness has been a passion of mine since I learned early in my athletic career that the harder I worked in the gym the better I performed on the field. What began as training turned into a full fledged obsession in college as I gained firsthand knowledge of the importance of sound nutritional practices as a collegiate wrestler. It was at this time that I began training fellow students and fell in love with personal training. I found that enjoyed seeing others improve their fitness more than my own, and after my athletic career ended upon graduation I turned to helping others improve their fitness.

Despite my athletic career and passion for fitness, I spent much of my adult life trying to deal with nagging back pain old sports injuries. I made it my quest to find practical solutions for my own pain and that of my clients. Through my education and experience I've worked to build an approach that focuses on building strength as well as confidence to work around and even improve function through strength training and mobility.

Outside the gym I enjoy outdoor sports like climbing and trail running to put my fitness to the test. As someone who once balanced training clients while teaching high school full time, I know what it means to be busy and I strive to help clients find balance between their health and professional demands.”

That educator mindset means every session ends with practical homework, mobility drills to offset laptop posture, and nutrition check-ins that honor each client’s cultural preferences. Brandon’s clients routinely highlight his ability to turn pain-management into performance, guiding them from careful corrective work toward athletic confidence.
